London Grammar return with new single, ‘Big Picture’

London Grammar continue to tease their second album with the premiere of new track, ‘Big Picture‘.

London Grammar returned back in December with their first release since 2013 when they unveiled ‘Rooting For You‘, marking their return in stunning fashion.

Two months on and the trio have provided us with a video for ‘Big Picture‘, taken from their as-of-yet untitled album, expected to be released by the middle of this year.

The track produced by Jon Hopkins, we’re reminded just how beautiful and powerful Hannah Reid’s voice is, which is matched by the talent of Dan Rothman’s skills on guitar. It’s an uplifting song that has only raised the excitement levels for the band’s return.

Sophie Muller, the director of the video captures the spirit of the song as the band work their way through a cinematic desert under a constantly changing night sky. With captivating visuals from start to end, it doesn’t distract you from the song but adds to the beauty of it.

The Ivor Novello winning band recently were added to Scotland’s newest festival, TRNSMT along with Kasabian, Radiohead and Biffy Clyro, with a slot booked at Finland’s Flow Festival too, it’s expected that there’ll be more UK festival appearances to come this year.

With two songs now released, it shouldn’t be much longer before the details of the follow up to 2013’s If You Wait are released.
