A tag team of sorts, boisterous duo Crapsons and (not so) new kids on the block Mr. Ted, are teaming up for a double launch night in November.
Crapsons surfaced at the start of 2018 and have previously crept onto our radar. The duo have made quick work of developing a fan base across Liverpool and Wales, while also working on their debut EP.
Mr. Ted find themselves in a paradox of being both new and old at the same time. They’ve been Ross and Rachel’ing over 8 years, breaking up and getting back together, while touring in between. In that time they’ve never released a single. However, that’s about to change with the release of their debut single ‘Shame’, due out on November 23rd, with an album due out soon.
Signed to Link2Wales Records, Crapsons debut EP Death and Spelling Mistakes, is set to be released on the same day and what better way to celebrate than to combine the two and put on a show? On release day, Crapsons and Mr. Ted will have a special launch night at Liverpool’s The Jacaranda.
Both bands have hit up the festival circuit, taking to stages at Liverpool Calling and Smithdown Road Festival. Crapsons have tapped into the punk community of the north west since their inception back in January. Their live shows have developed a reputation of causing a stir. While the foursome of Mr. Ted, have gained a reputation to bring the laughs with comedic inputs on stage.
What’s already set to be a thrilling night, the duo have revealed that Welsh punk-trio Spam Javelin, will be kicking off the celebrations.
Rowdy, heated, thrilling and adrenaline-pumping; that’s not describing your last “happy alone time”, it’s what you can expect on November 23rd, when the launch night kicks off.
Tickets are on sale now exclusively through Skiddle along with pre-order bundles.
